Donating to three projects & charities in 2022.

 

There are so many charities doing amazing work helping those in need. Thermogroup is proud to have supported many of these charities in the past and we continue to do so.

Now we are offering you the opportunity to submit a charitable organisation that would benefit from a monetary donation or submit a charitable project that would benefit from a donation of product.

Thermogroup will create a shortlist of applications from the submissions to draw out a winner. One winner will be drawn every four months throughout 2022.

Once a charity or project has been drawn, we will be in touch with the winner and the person who nominated on how best we can support their cause.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of charitable organisation or project can I nominate?

Feel free to submit any type of project or organisation that has a charitable aspect to it. For example, floor heating for a children’s sensory room, new electric heating for a hospital, heating for an animal rescue centre or an organisation that supports those in need or is researching cures to common diseases such as Cancer Council or Heart Research Australia or a charity that helps those affected by natural disasters.

When do projects need to be submitted and when are the winners announced?

Thermogroup is making three of these donations during 2022. The applications close two weeks before the winners are announced. The winners will be announced on the dates below.

2nd May 2022 (Nominations close 17th April 2022)

1st August 2022 (Nominations close 17th July 2022)

1st November 2022 (Nominations close 17th October 2022)

Are there any hidden costs that the winning nominations need to be aware of?

None whatsoever. Thermogroup will make the monetary donation or production donation obligation-free. Note this does not include the labour to fit the products.

What if my project doesn’t win?

Thermogroup will retain all eligible nominations and roll those into the next submission so that your application has a further chance of being selected.

How many projects can I submit?

As an individual, you are allowed to submit two nominations each time Thermogroup opens the nominations period.

Terms & Conditions
  1.  The Promoter is Thermogroup
  2.  The promotion is open to all residents of Australia, , aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
  3. Projects need to be submitted by 11:59pm on the closing date of each round of project submissions as set out above.
  4. Nominations received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
  5. Only electronic form entries used within this webpage will be accepted. This does not include emails.
  6. By entering the promotion, the participants agree: a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; b) that the charity name or charity project name will be released should they win; and c) the winning charitable project agrees to the installation of the system to be filmed and photographed for marketing purposes for the promoter if applicable.
  7. Entrants must supply to Thermogroup all the details required by the ‘Submit your nomination’ form. The Promoter will use entrants’ details in accordance with The Promoter’s Privacy Policy
  8. Only two entry’s will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
  9. The winning entrant will be selected by means of a draw.
  10. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered.
  11. The winner(s) will be notified within 10 days of the submission closing.
  12. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 5 working days of the week following the winner being released,the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a winner if required.
  13. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.This is $500 for a charity or up to $1000 worth of product for the selected project.
  14. The product value is for supply only and does not cover install or any other associated costs with the products.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  17. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
  18. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
